Israel’s parliament voted to ban a U.N. relief agency from operating in Israel, a move that could threaten aid work in Gaza as the war rages there. Iran’s foreign ministry said Iran “will use all available tools” to deliver a response to Israel’s airstrikes on Iranian military targets early Saturday. NBC News’ Raf Sanchez reports.
