After clashes and attacks on Israeli soccer fans in Amsterdam late last week, Dutch authorities say there were both antisemitic attacks and also attacks by Israeli fans, who ripped down Palestinian flags and chanted anti-Arab slurs. NBC News’ Raf Sanchez has the latest.
